Passion for sports & coaching: this is the key driver of my business. People’s happiness & success is my motivation and inspiration. With over a decade of experience as a Group Fitness Trainer, an ICF accredited Life Coach, and a Business Background, I am here to guide you to self-discovery, growth, and holistic well-being. I love sharing good energy through my workouts and engaging with indididuals in self-discovery explorations, helping them to find their own ways to fulfill their dreams and achieve anything in life by having the right mindset and drive.
I fell in love with group fitness training many years ago, when I was training together with my mother at a local gym. It was clear to me from the beginning that I wanted to be part of those leaders that work hard not only to train people, but also to motivate them. Since then, I’ve been able to spread joy, energy, and good vibes to the people I train. Besides engaging in constant physical activity, I kept my curiosity and door open to learning more about ways of overcoming limiting beliefs, obstacles in life and achieving success. My interest in personal development was always there and I worked (and still work) with my own self in different areas of my life to reach my goals. I decided to learn more about Life Coaching and see how I can use this powerful tool to help myself and others throughout their life journey. I embrace diversity and understand that every individual is unique, with their own specific goals and aspirations. Having lived for a long time in a foreign country, my international experience from different cultural backgrounds has helped me understand the importace of diversity and cultivate a deeper understanding of the various challenges and obstacles that people may face. We are all different and this is what makes us unique.

My philosophy is rooted in the idea that everyone has the capacity to shape their path and lead a fulfilling life. I encourage you to tap into your inner strength, embrace your uniqueness, and leverage your potential. The journey to happiness, health, and confidence is not about comparison or competition with others. It's about becoming the best version of yourself. And sometimes small steps lead to big changes.
My method is straight-forward: live more active lives by adding on your routine diverse workout sessions to train your mind & body, and get to know yourself better, overcoming obstacles & limiting beliefs by partnerting with a Life Coach and forming a strong collaboration that helps you achieve your goals.
And most importantly: enjoy every moment of your life to the fullest! It's the most beautiful gift you've been given so make the best out of it.
